Tourist sim new customer 

The “Tourist” package can be purchased from the MobiCom website in both eSIM and physical SIM formats.

• For purchasing in physical SIM format, customers can buy a blank SIM card from MobiCom’s sales channels that sell blank SIMs, and then purchase the “Tourist” package from the relevant section on mobicom.mn.
• If the customer does not activate the package within 30 days from the date of purchase via the website, the package will be automatically cancelled after 30 days in accordance with the current terms and conditions.
• The service period will commence from the date the customer activates the data package, and the package will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• The “Tourist” package number cannot make or receive calls, except for calling the MobiCom customer service at 2222.

• Put a SIM card into your phone and then enter the 0000 PIN code to activate the number. 
• To change language notification: call 213 and press 2 
• To check data balance: call *210# and press 2 → press 2 *
• You can check all your balances through the mobicom application.

SIM Activation Guide

🛒 Buying a SIM via Website or Mobi App:

• Go to the Tourist Data SIM purchase page.
• At the top of the page, you will see information about the three available data packages.
• After selecting a data package, you will be prompted to choose the SIM type.
• eSIM: A list of phone models that support eSIM will be displayed.
• Physical SIM: A section with activation instructions will appear. You will be required to enter the 9-digit number before the “F” letter located on the back of the physical SIM card. If you prefer a physical SIM, you can visit a MobiCom store and purchase a blank, ready-to-use SIM card, then enter the SIM details to activate.
• Enter your email address. A verification code (OTP) will be sent to your email.
• Once the code is verified successfully, you will be redirected to the payment step.
• In the payment section, card payment is the only available option. Clicking the "Pay" button will redirect you to the secure bank payment page.
• Enter your required card information and complete the payment.
• After successful payment, a confirmation window will appear stating that your eSIM/physical SIM information will be sent to your registered email.

🔁 Recharging Data

Recharge via Reminder Message:

• When your data usage reaches 80% and 100%, or one day before the package expires, you will receive a reminder message.
  This message will include a direct link to the recharge page, where you can conveniently repurchase your package.

Recharge via Website:

• Go to mobicom.mn, select:
  International Service > Tourist Service > and go to the "Recharge Your Package" section to repurchase your desired package.
